Jason Mraz opened his eyes into this world on the 23rd of June in the year 1977. He is a singer and a songwriter by profession who had been both born and also raised in Mechanicsville that is situated in Virginia. You can hear Mraz's music and you will find out that he is heavily influenced by pop, rock and folk music genres. Stylized influences of jazz and hip hop can also be felt at several times. He had attended the Longwood University for a very short time and then after a very short time that he studied in the musical theater at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy that is located in the New York. After this he relocated himself to San Diego from Virginia. In the year 2002, Mraz had gone on to sign a deal with Elektra Records, and then returned to Virginia in order to work with the producer named John Alaga. The worked with him on a very major label debut release that had been titled Waiting for My Rocket to Come that had later been declared platinum by the RIAA in the month of July in the year 2004. It had gone on to reach number two on the Billboard's Heatseekers Chart. His very first single had been titled "The Remedy (I Won't Worry)," that had been co-written by the popular music production team that had worked on The Matrix. Mraz's friend who had also been a former roommate to him, named Billy Galewood had also come together with him on the respective album and had co-written the track "Curbside Prophet" along with him. The album's third single is named as "I'll Do Anything".
