A Little Night Music started on the Broadway at the Shubert Theatre on 25th Feb. in the year 1973, and ended on 3rd Aug. in the year 1974 after six hundred and one performances and twelve previews. It moved to Majestic Theatre on the 17th Sept. in the year 1973 where it finished its dash. A Little Night Music was directed by the Harold Prince with composition by Patricia Birch and Boris Aronson was the designer. The cast included Glynis Johns, Len Cariou, and Hermione Gin gold, Victoria Mallory, Mark Lambert, Laurence Guittard, and Patricia Elliott. It won the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award and the Tony Award for the Best Musical theatre.
